Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation without adding yeasts. In oak barrels of 50 HI, intense initial pumping-overs with maximum temperature control at 30°C, long maceration on the skins

Ageing: 36 months in Slavonian oak barrels of 7/30 HI

Alcohol content: 14/14,5% Vol.

Colour: deep ruby red with garnet highlights, bright and limpid

Aroma: austere and enveloping with hints of tobacco, leather and cinnamon.

Flavours: elegant tannin, structured, soft yet powerful, assertive and spicy, long in the mouth.

Riserva is released after 6 years from the harvest. It is produced with the best grapes and only in the best vintages.

Riserva is a wine for meditation. It requires time and quietness.
A beautiful wine to drink on very special occasions.
