Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced from our 450 olive trees, located in Montalcino with a South - West exposure at 570 metres above sea level.

Olive Varieties: Leccino, Frantoiano, Moraiolo, Olivastra. The set of these varieties produces a balanced and harmonious oil

Area of production: Montalcino, Tuscany

Picking period: Early November

Structure: Low acidity, nice texture and great lightness

Colour: Green with golden hues

Aroma:Fruity, with hints of artichoke, almond and herbaceous fragrances

Flavours:Pleasant to the palate, with a light itch and a sensation of spicy in the mouth with an aftertaste of artichoke

Extraction: Cold extraction with a temperature below 27°C.

FIRST PRESSING - NOT FILTERED. 

Organic olive growing, without the use of chemicals.
Perfect oil for Bruschetta and raw dressing (salad, soup, legumes and vegetables).
